During a seminar where we listened to our board member Nedim Atilla tell the stories behind a wide variety of regional cheeses, we not only tasted the cheeses but also witnessed some surprising ways they are used.
Participants got an up-close look at Trakya Eski Kaşarı, Kars Kaşarı, Erzincan, Karakıllı, and Kargı tulum cheeses, as well as Turkish (Germiyan) Kopanisti cheese and Seferihisar Armolası.
