Iranian Cuisine with Hazer Amani

DATE April 20, 2017 VENUE: Kiva-Sandal Bedesten, Beyazıt We gathered at Kiva in Sandal Bedesten for an Iranian feast infused with the spirit of Sufism, dedicated to Mevlânâ and Tebrizî. We sampled the menu created for this special evening by our internationally renowned chef, Hazer Amani, who is of Iranian descent on his father’s side. Drawing inspiration from Mevlânâ and Tebrizî, Hazer Amani reinterpreted Iranian dishes by reimagining them with modern techniques using the rich local produce of Anatolia.
